Information for battery buyers: According to the legal basis: Act on Batteries and Accumulators: Act of 24 April 2009 on Batteries and Accumulators (Journal of Laws, 2016, item 1803, as amended). The delivery period for a used battery is 30 calendar days. Otherwise, the customer is not entitled to a refund of the deposit. Due to Regulation 2019/1148 of the EU Parliament and of the Council of 20 June 2019 on the marketing and use of explosive precursors, service batteries (so-called lead-acid) will be sold without electrolyte.
